Official Rules and Regulations
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.
1. How to Enter
Sweepstakes begins at 09:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 2, 2026, and ends on November 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) (the "Sweepstakes Period").
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants are invited to find hidden puzzle pieces on downloadable patterns available at www.yarnspirations.mom.
Each day, one secret letter will be divided into three (3) puzzle pieces and hidden across three (3) separate patterns. Entrants must find all three pieces, put them together to reveal the daily secret letter, and complete the Puzzle Pursuit Entry Form for a chance to win the applicable Daily Prize.
A new letter will be released each day during the seven-day Sweepstakes Period. Previously released puzzle pieces may remain available on the Website throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Daily Prize Entry:
To enter a Daily Prize drawing, Entrants must:
- Find the three (3) hidden puzzle pieces associated with that day's challenge.
- Put the pieces together to reveal the secret letter.
- Submit the correct daily letter through the official Puzzle Pursuit Entry Form before the applicable daily entry deadline.
Each daily challenge begins at 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the applicable date, unless otherwise stated by Spinrite Inc.
Grand Prize Entry:
Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, seven (7) secret letters will be revealed in a scrambled order.
Entrants are encouraged to collect and save all seven letters. On November 8, 2026, Entrants may unscramble the collected letters to reveal the final answer associated with a new Yarnspirations product launch.
To enter the Grand Prize drawing, Entrants must submit the correct final answer through the official Grand Prize Entry Form and, as an additional verification requirement, the secret letter revealed on DAY 6.
Grand Prize entries must be submitted by November 8, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Prize drawing and one (1) entry per person for the Grand Prize drawing during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry (online or mail-in) or the number of email addresses used. Entries submitted through multiple methods for the same drawing will not increase an Entrant's chances of winning.
All entries must be submitted manually. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices or methods may result in disqualification.
Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without participating in the online puzzle activity, eligible entrants may handprint their full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and the prize drawing they wish to enter on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 8, 2026, and received by November 13, 2026.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per applicable drawing. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. The overall entry limits stated above apply across all methods of entry. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are prohibited.
Eligible mail-in entries will have the same chance of winning as eligible online entries in the corresponding drawing. No puzzle solution or secret letter is required for a valid mail-in entry.
Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes by submitting an Entry, you must be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) states of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada who has reached the age of majority in your state, province, or territory of residence as of November 2, 2026.
You are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes by submitting an Entry if you are:
(a) An employee of Spinrite Inc.;
(b) An immediate family member (defined as mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, or spouse, regardless of where you reside) of an Employee (a "Family Member"); or
(c) A person residing in the same household as an Employee or a Family Member.
At any time, Spinrite Inc. will have the right to request from any individual who has participated in these Sweepstakes by submitting an Entry (each an "Entrant") proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate.
Failure to provide proof within a reasonable time could result in the Entrant's disqualification.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants who, in Sponsor's sole discretion, do not comply with these Official Rules or who otherwise tamper with the entry process.
Void outside of the fifty (50) U.S. states, D.C., Canada, and where prohibited by law.
3. Selection of Winners
Daily Prize Drawings:
Seven (7) Daily Prize drawings will be conducted by Spinrite Inc., with one (1) winner selected for each day of the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) winning Entry will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received for each applicable Daily Prize drawing.
Daily Prize drawings will take place within 72 hours of the end of each Daily Prize period.
Grand Prize Drawing:
On or around November 20, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Grand Prize Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for the applicable drawing.
Spinrite Inc. or its representative will attempt to contact selected Entrants by email or phone once per day for three (3) business days.
If a selected Entrant does not respond via email, phone, or voicemail within three (3) business days, or is contacted but is deemed to be ineligible in Spinrite Inc.'s sole discretion, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these Official Rules, that selected Entrant will be disqualified, and another Entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entries.
Spinrite Inc. is not responsible for any change in an Entrant's email address.
Prizes will be mailed within sixty (60) business days after receiving necessary information and, where not prohibited, an executed Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Release of Publicity from the winner.
All federal, state, provincial, and/or local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No cash or other substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that Spinrite Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.
For Canadian Residents Only:
Before being declared a winner, a selected Entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question included on the Contest Release form referred to in Rule 5.
4. Prizes
A total of eight (8) drawing prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes, consisting of seven (7) Daily Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize.
Daily Prizes — November 2–4 and November 6–8, 2026
Six (6) Daily Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of an assortment of Spinrite yarns selected by Spinrite Inc., with an approximate retail value of USD $250.00 per prize.
Day 5 Special Prize — November 5, 2026
One (1) Daily Prize consisting of an assortment of Spinrite yarns selected by Spinrite Inc., with an approximate retail value of USD $500.00, will be awarded.
Additionally, eligible participants who complete a valid Day 5 or mail-in entry will receive a USD $10.00 Black Friday promotional credit, subject to the following conditions:
- The USD $10.00 promotional credit will be delivered by email to the email address provided with the qualifying entry. Participants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox and spam/junk folders. Email delivery will occur on or before November 26, 2026.
- The promotional credit may be redeemed from November 27 through December 6, 2026, inclusive. The credit must be redeemed during this period by following the redemption instructions provided in the email.
- The promotional credit is denominated in U.S. dollars, must be manually applied by the participant during order checkout, and is only applicable to orders shipping to the U.S. and Canada.
- Limit one (1) promotional credit per eligible participant.
The promotional credit is a guaranteed promotional benefit for qualifying Day 5 participants and is separate from the random Daily Prize drawing. A qualifying participant does not need to win the Daily Prize drawing to receive the credit. Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to receive the promotional credit.
Grand Prize — November 8, 2026
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- An assortment of Spinrite yarns with an approximate retail value of USD $1,000.00, selected by Spinrite Inc.
- One (1) Visa Gift Card valued at USD $1,500.00.
The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is USD $2,500.00.
Total Prize Value:
The total approximate retail value of all eight (8) drawing prizes is USD $4,500.00, excluding the additional Black Friday promotional credits.
All prizes will be awarded by Spinrite Inc. in accordance with Rule 3.
Unless otherwise indicated, all elements of the prizes are provided by Spinrite Inc.
5. Releases
The Entrant consents to the use of their name, photographs, or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation or notice where permitted by law.
All Entrants release Spinrite Inc. and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death, or monetary loss.
By submitting an Entry, Entrant warrants and represents that the Entry is their own work and that the Entry does not violate any law, regulation, or any right of any third party.
By submitting an Entry, Entrant grants Spinrite Inc. and its designees all rights embodied in the Entry and agrees that it may exploit all elements of such Entry in any and all media now known or not currently known, without compensation to Entrant or any third party, unless prohibited by law.
Further, Entrants acknowledge that Spinrite Inc. reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify, or dispose of any Entry, online, in print, or in any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification, except as prohibited by law.
Spinrite Inc. reserves the right to deem an Entry ineligible for this Sweepstakes for any reason consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
By submitting an Entry, the Entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from liability relating to this Sweepstakes.
6. Spinrite Inc. Privacy/Use of Personal Information
You acknowledge and agree as follows:
(a) You understand that your name and email address will be added to a secure database by Spinrite Inc. for the purposes described in paragraph (b);
(b) You understand that Spinrite Inc. is collecting this personal information for the purposes of (i) operating the Sweepstakes, and (ii) providing you with relevant information via its marketing program, if you checked the box on the Entry Form indicating that you would like to receive information from yarnspirations.mom; and
(c) You consent to the disclosure and storage of, and access to, this personal information, inside or outside of Canada, for the purposes described in paragraph (b), subject to applicable privacy laws.
Where permitted by law, Entrant grants Spinrite Inc. the right to:
(a) Use their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes;
(b) Use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and
(c) Use their name and respective city and province or state of residence in connection with the Sweepstakes Website, other related websites, and/or any other media now known or hereafter devised.
Personal information will not be provided to any third party other than as provided for in these Official Rules.
Spinrite Inc. and any third-party agents of Spinrite Inc. will use personal information only for the purposes described in these Official Rules and will be required to protect all personal information in a manner consistent with the privacy policy available at:

7. Limitation of Liability
Spinrite Inc. assumes no responsibility for and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will Spinrite Inc. or its respective agents, employees, contractors, and assigns be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages based on any Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, including for:
(i) Entries which are incomplete, unintelligible, lost, late, or misdirected;
(ii) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to failure of the Internet or the Website during the Sweepstakes Period, any problems, failure or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, online or electronic systems, servers, access providers, computer hardware or software, incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/email computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof or other failures related to hardware, software, or virus;
(iii) Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
(iv) Technical or human error related to the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries;
(v) Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any Entrant's, winner's, or guest's participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any prize;
(vi) Any use of the Website or any other website to which the Website is linked, including without limitation any injury or damage to an Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes; or
(vii) Any Entrant's failure to abide by the Official Rules.
The limitations of liability set out in this Rule 7 apply, without limitation, to any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information and will apply even if Spinrite Inc. has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Website and all of the information it contains are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Daily Prizes, Grand Prize, and promotional credits are awarded or provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Miscellaneous
All decisions of Spinrite Inc. or its authorized representatives will be final and binding in all matters relating to the administration of this Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
Spinrite Inc. is not responsible for any problems, failures, or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing.
Spinrite Inc. is not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes.
Entrant assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Spinrite Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of Spinrite Inc., such as infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or corruption of the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Website, and/or www.yarnspirations.mom.
Spinrite Inc. reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the electronic portion of the Sweepstakes if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control.
In the event of cancellation of the electronic portion of the Sweepstakes, Spinrite Inc. may randomly select winning Entries from all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation in accordance with Rule 3, where permitted by law.
Spinrite Inc. reserves the right to amend the Official Rules if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant.
"Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

By entering, Entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
By entering, Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts for New York, New York.
